How it works

From withdrawal of the instruction we manage the whole process using four simple steps

Step 1

Submit the Submission form as soon as possible after instruction withdrawals (most of our clients do this when they update their own system!).

Step 2

MIL monitors the property on a daily basis to identify when it has sold.

Step 3

Once a fee is established, we contact your customer to recover the unpaid fee (this is when most customers pay!).
4

Step 4

If the debt remains unpaid, we may offer to purchase the debt from you or carry out litigation (no cost to yourselves).
