How it works
From withdrawal of the instruction we manage the whole process using four simple steps
Step 1Submit the Submission form as soon as possible after instruction withdrawals (most of our clients do this when they update their own system!).
Step 2MIL monitors the property on a daily basis to identify when it has sold.
Step 3Once a fee is established, we contact your customer to recover the unpaid fee (this is when most customers pay!).
Step 4If the debt remains unpaid, we may offer to purchase the debt from you or carry out litigation (no cost to yourselves).
